1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fyte application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our service.

2. Service Description

Fyte is a martial arts event management application that allows users to:

• View information about MMA events
• Track fights and results in real-time
• Receive notifications about events
• Access data about fighters and events
• Purchase premium features and content through in-app purchases
• Subscribe to premium services and content

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the application or servers
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

The Fyte application and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of the company and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

The use of the application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the application, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Fyte offers in-app purchases and subscription services through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). By making a purchase:

• You acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the store where you purchased
• Prices for in-app purchases and subscriptions may change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase; you can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• On Android, payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase; you can manage and cancel subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings
• Free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

Platform-specific subscriptions. Fyte PRO subscriptions are sold separately through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). A subscription purchased on one platform is not transferable to the other. PRO benefits apply only on the platform where the subscription was purchased and while it remains active in that store account. If you use Fyte on both iOS and Android, you must purchase and manage a subscription separately on each platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

8. Third-Party App Store Terms

Fyte is distributed through third-party app stores. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and policies of the store from which you downloaded it.

Apple App Store (iOS). You acknowledge that:

• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the app
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims

Google Play (Android). You acknowledge that:

• Google has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services for the app beyond what Google Play policies require
• Google is not responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of in-app purchases
• Refunds and billing disputes on Android are handled according to Google Play policies

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app on any platform.

9. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication in the application. It is your responsibility to periodically review the terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazilian jurisdiction.

11. App Store Compliance

We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and compliant user experience on every platform where Fyte is available. On iOS, the app complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Human Interface Guidelines. On Android, the app complies with Google Play policies and developer program requirements, including those related to subscriptions, billing disclosure, and user privacy.
